After a thriving career in many different businesses, Phyllis Dionne was determined to fulfill a life long dream. As a motivated, results-oriented Co-Founder, she's helped make us what we are today.
Brian Fowke
Co-Founder & Director of Oregon and Indiana
Brian has many interests. He is a Pastry Chef Journeyman Baker, enjoys the Outdoors Sports (fishing, hiking, kayaking, etc), and family time. He is also very passionate about affordable housing.
DUKE & PHYL PROPERTIES LLC
Duane Dionne is the CEO and co-founder of Duke & Phyl Properties LLC, for more than 20 years, he has been a consultant, an advisor and served as a board member of state and local counties concerning housing issues, usually all at once.
In 2019, Duane shared his vision with his friends and family how housing can be affordable for the elderly and single parent households without sacrificing quality. Today Duke & Phyl Properties LLC is making this a reality.
Duane is now beginning to be recognized for the foresight and innovation that has helped him expand his ideas of affordable housing in to three states: Nevada, Oregon and Indiana.
